You need to get Frist blood I'm led to believe you need to get 10, but I know it's % chance since I got mine earlier than 10 but maximum after 10 first bloods you get the calling card Hope that helps

luscious boy1 votesdoesn't have to be ten times someone made that post on Reddit after they removed mine and that became the "truth," but I know plenty of people my self included and my comments discord and close friends who have got it on their 1st first blood or their 4th or 6th it's a % chance drop out of a maximum of 10

luscious boy1 votesWhat that it doesn't work in poro king or that it works, in general, you can go to my video I have over 100 comments on it of people who got it throughout their first bloods on the rift. I only assume it excludes poro king because RGMs never count for rewards on quests a lot of the time and that would be a massive waste of time to tell someone it works only for it not to work

luscious boy1 votesit goes with first blood. The number at which you get it it's random, each time the chance increases. At 10 first blood (not necessarily consecutive) you get it for sure. I got mine at the sixth first blood, some guy got it at 3, some at 4.
