This Ornn rework seems to include some pretty reasonable changes. Basically some mana reduction and a a huge buff to the passive. There are some other changes too, such as making the W be unstoppable once again, but it no longer gives a shield. More info in the video.
I think it's hilarious how you can sell the upgraded items for more gold than the unupgraded version is worth, allowing you to generate infinite gold by selling and rebuying an item that Ornn can upgrade post-11. Obviously, it's gonna get fixed, but it's a funny interaction.
Ornn's not getting a rework, WTF is that sensationalized BS? He's just getting extensive balance changes.
