I really don't know if this is a bug or not, but seen similar jungle creeps brought to the base but no of them to get stuck. It took us some time to find a way to get it stuck. Anyway tell us your thoughts on it ! We are now Reported for FROG ABUSE !

The base laser dare not strike Gromp! IT IS PROOF OF HIS DIVINITY.
Now I know how to permanently deny my enemy their Gromp! Although it will probably take 5 minutes out of the game, WORTH IT!
poor Gromp. Kept trying to go home but his captors wouldn't let him. All he could do was accept his fate.

The reason why Gromp gets "tamed" is because the pathfinding is so terrible sometimes that it glitches out. You can see this when you click on the minimap while in the fountain and sometimes your character will decide to start faceplant spasming in the corner because -- for some reason -- it thinks it's not only a valid path, but the best method of reaching the selected point.
Gromp's just trying to get back to his spot and pathfinding algorithms bug out.
They should leave this in the game, then give the team that does it a buff called gromp tamer

Well..I mean..it's certainly a glitch, but not exactly relevant. Imagine TSM spending the first 10 minutes of the finals trying to get the enemy gromp stuck in their fountain - yeah, not going to happen.

do it with the enemy blue buff and they wont get one all game.
you can use TP with syndra to get it across the map very quickly.
Gromp seemed a little jumpy
I haven't seen that before because I'm too busy being Sion and burning enemy ADCs for 400 damage whenever they attack me :)
I love the new Gromp buff.
Can you do it with the enemy Gromp? Can you test it? If Kalista binds you and runs teleport, you can grab the enemy gromp, and have Kalista ult you and teleport to the fountain, so it might be easy.
I saw someone do this with blue buff golem as well--the ENEMY'S blue at that!
Could have done that fast if you guys had had a Kalista bind to Syndra. Could have had Syndra grab Gromp, Kalista ult her, and have her then immediately teleport to a ward in your fountain.
Bug yes, but I don't see a reason for it be fixed :p? Are people really going to be picking those 5 champions and spend 5 minutes trying to get gromp to fountain :3
It also happens with champions' pathing. Happened to me more than once that I right clicked on the minimap to go somewhere and got stuck to the bottom left of the shop. Really sucks when you try to get back to lane ASAP.
That blitz missed every single hook...
