Streaming League with OBS (here are my computer specs)

I've been streaming league of legends for a few years now but wanted to ask what settings I should set for my OBS for optimal performance. Below will have my computer specs as well as my download and upload speed. I'll also put a few of my current settings I have for OBS to share what I'm using as of now.
