League of legends "Leaver Buster" flags then Awards me with a loss

I am playing a ranked game with my duo partner, we are some 20 minutes invested into the game and suddenly my internet drops out. I am very upset as my team is likely gonna lose so i am constantly trying to reconnect. Finally i reconnect, we have 2 team fights and we win both, this allows us to get baron then end. So I played for 20 minutes then i disconnect for less than 5 minutes reconnect play for another 5-10 minutes and win. Just to get to post game lobby where i realize i have received a loss due to leaver buster??!?! Help me get this top page boyz! this system needs a fix, and less important side note. I live chatted a rioter and was informed that they cannot overturn a Leaver Busters decision!
