New conqueor

Why is riot making conqueor useable by mages when mages are already strong rn, and this hits bruisers really hard because its per button press so people like kled are going to have to use Q then both E's and auto three times to get the true damage which procs all but one auto from violent tendancies, also think about tryndamere he litterally has to spin in if it hits he autos 4 times then gets it if it misses he autos 5 times then gets it. Its really bad for some brusiers which it was originally made for. All in all i do not think its the best for bruisers and people like casseopiea and ryze can stack it up really quickly and get extra damage some true damage and healing.
