Spectator Mode Zoom

While watching LCS, I often see the spectators zoom the camera really far out to show more of the map during the games. Is there any way for us to do this normally in spectator mode/replay mode? Is there some sort of special setting/add-on I have to use? Or is it just not a possibility for normal players to use spectator mode/replay mode like this and we are stuck at the default/in-game max zoom? I'm mostly curious because it would be nice to use to record videos with since I record a lot of the videos I post on Youtube using the replay feature and it is difficult to keep everything I need to in frame when I can only see from the default map zoom range.
