Adding Disarm back to Irelia's ultimate

Okay, so I know what you're thinking. Why? She has a 90% Slow and does magic damage, why would you add Disarm back? Simple, NO one plays her anymore. Ever since season 9 Riot has just been nerfing and nerfing Irelia.

In my opinion, she should get the old stats back to her ult. I miss Disarming the ad carries :(
