Leaver buster

Dear riot, please fix your leaver buster. I was going to go into a game everything in the draft worked fine then when the champ select was over to go into the game i never got into the loading screen. I tried to reconnect but it didnt work. Luckily my team remaked as it was a ranked game but i got a leaver buster. Now this has happened multiple times to me not just this one time. How is not being able to connect into the game leaving and therefore my fault?
