Problem: Impact

Hi! My problem is the following. Impact isn't playing, which is alright however.. my spare Top Laner was a European.. and locked, and I was like Okay, I'll just switch him out and then put Impact on my alts. Right? Wrong! The EU People get locked... in your Alt spots too.. so I had to throw away Impact and pray to the gods that nobody steals him with their alternate player, just so I don't lose a player's worth of points this week...

(Please don't steal Impact..)
