Can we talk about the ridiculous advantage EU has??

The best NA players can possibly get about 80 or 90 points, and if you're Jensen you can get 100, but there have been weeks where UOL and FNC players get over 100 points consistently. Who made the decision to lump EU and NA together and just double EU points? Because the result is that crappy EU players get the worst scores and the best EU players get the best scores, even if top NA and top EU teams are performing about the same.
