Cheating In Lcs fantasy

So in one of the league I entered, a player decided to have multiple accounts(2). Its very clear because a few days ago he dropped any decent player and added it on one account, then picked up more middle tier players onto the other account, and just flat dropping his weak picks. This guy clearly cheated to get a better draft by using two accounts to make a super team. Is there a way to disband a league once its drafted? Because EVERY other member of this league wants to quit it. Is there a report option? Is there anything I can do? Or am I just stuck with an eye sore for the remainder of the LCS summer split in my fantasy leagues options?
