Question Regarding the EU LCS and Fantasy

There's 9 weeks in Fantasy, but there's 10 weeks of EU LCS according to the schedule site.

Is that gonna count? Because I've been holding onto some Misfits and G2 picks for that last week when they have 2 series, but if Week 10 doesn't even count then I'm just wasting space on my roster.

And just as a side note: You need to do some work on Fantasy points if some weeks the EU teams have only one series.
