Yasirah-the Bandit Queen

Yasirah was born to a poor family in the deserts of Shurima Desert. She lived there peacefully for her entire childhood before her parents and many siblings were slaughtered at the hands of bandits. She swallowed her despair and immediately began planning her revenge. She was only average with a sword, and honing her skills while wandering the southern lands, until she came across a void being of immense power. Yasirah had believed herself to be pure of heart, but she renounced this opinion of herself and made a pact with the monster. The monster enhanced her body, giving her superhuman strength, speed, reflexes, durability, and an extra set of arms. She was also granted a set of four enchanted blades, which drain blood and pledge it to her new master. Immediately, she became one of the most powerful warriors on the continent. She took her newfound skills and within a few days, lay a one-woman siege against the bandit fortress. She cut swathes through the bandits, decapitating every foe in her wake, and finally challenged the bandit leader to a duel to the death. She won in a single blow. As per bandit custom, she was crowned the new queen of the bandits, a title she was loathe to accept. In fact, she would have outright refused if it wasn't for her pact, which required large tithes of blood for as long as she lived. For the next few years, every traveller in the Shurima Desert feared an encounter with her. She became incredibly wealthy and infamous. One day, she gazed into her reflection in one of her many gems and had a sudden epiphany, that she became what she once sought to kill. She immediately discarded her four enchanted blades in lieu of ordinary ones, and took the life she once dedicated to revenge, and pledged it instead to the League. She decided that here, she might be safe from her now angered master, and a life in the league was preferable to a life of mass slaughter.

Abilities

Passive: Storm of Blades
Yasirah's autoattacks at three times the normal rate, though her 2nd and 3rd subsequent attacks deal only 10% regular damage and don't proc on hit effects. She can move during her attack animation at 25% regular movespeed.

[Q] Whirling Dervish
Yasirah swings her blades in a whirlwind. For 1.2 seconds, her movespeed is increased, enemies she passes through are slowed and take damage at intervals of 0.4 seconds (up to 4 hits total.)

[W] Sword Fortress
Yasirah enters a defensive position, gaining increased armor against attacks and abilities that hit her front. The first autoattack she hits with during this stance roots the enemy champion and deals increased damage. If she uses her Q and E during this stance, she leaves the stance until the ability ends, and the duration is paused.

[E] Scorpion Strike
Yasirah makes a small dash towards the mouse before firing a piercing beam forwards with her blades (selfcast, or press the hotkey while the mouse is hovered over her to shoot the beam without dashing). The beam pierces through minions but stops when hitting a champion, and deals damage after a 1 second delay. Hitting with the beam slows enemies, and roots them as well (for a shorter duration) if they are fleeing. This ability costs 10 charges, which are gained by any autoattack hit (including the bonus hits from her passive), and she can hold up to 15. The charges decay 1 per 2 seconds, and hitting with an attack refreshes the decay timer.

While inside the storm, this ability can be recast as a channeled teleport to anywhere inside the storm. Finally, Yasahira gains bonus autoattack damage and non-item based CC duration against isolated enemies.
