[Champion Idea] Erin, Pride of the Bandle City (copied from my post on EUW)

Erin: Pride of the Bandle City

Role: Marksman Resource: Mana Combat: Ranged

Main look: He is badass looking (as for his race) Yordle holding hex-tech minigun and travelling with his companions.

Abilities:

Passive: Support Erin is supported with 2 yordle soldiers. They attack targets that he attacks dealing additional magic damage. They are untargetable and necessary when Erin use his abilities.

Q: Heavy Post Erin throws one of his soldiers to battle with stationary heavy gun. It shoots to nearby enemies over period of time, dealing physical damage and reducing target armor. "Heavy Post" focus Erin's targets. When deactivated or destroyed soldier comes back to Erin after period of time. Bonuses: Frosty: Attacks deal bonus magic damage and apply slow effect. Spiky: Increased range and deals bonus true damage. Burny: Bullets apply "Burning Trail" effect and explode dealing damage to enemies near the target.

W: Prepare to Assault!/Assault! Passive: Prepare to Assault!: Erin's and Heavy Post's attacks against champions applies "Prepare to assault!" which stacks to 8. Active: Assault!: Throw a soldier on a target dealing damage based on the amount of "Prepare to assault!" stacks. When target is marked with 8 stacks Erin will root it for a short period of time. Bonuses: Frosty: Frozen area will be created under the target slowing all enemies walking over it. If 8 stacks all enemies nearby are stunned (frozen) for a moment. Spiky: Target will be marked for a period of time. Erin deals more damage to marked targets. If 8 stacks nearby enemies will be marked, too. Burny: Soldier creates explosion dealing damage and applying "Burning trail" effect to nearby enemies. Target will be stunned. Stun duration is based on number of "Prepare to assault!" stacks.

E: Desperate attack Erin sends one of soldiers in front of him dealing damage in the path and applying 2 stacks of "Prepare to assault!" to every champion. After attacking soldier stays in the end of path so he can jump on "Assault!"'s target or come back to Erin after period of time. Bonuses: Frosty: Snare all targets for a short period of time and then apply slow effect. Spiky: Last enemy champion on the path will be attacked by soldier, will receive additional damage and 2 stacks of "Prepare to assault!" Burny: Apply "Burning trail" effect and create burning area that deals additional magic damage every second.

R: Frosty, Spiky, Burny!!! Erin calls one of magical yordles to his team for a period of time. It makes rest of soldiers have special skills that upgrade your basic attacks and abilities. Bonuses: Frosty: Your basic attacks apply slow effect. Spiky: Your basic attacks deal additional true damage on hit. Burny: Your basic attacks apply "Burning Trail" effect. It makes target leave burning trail that deal magic damage every second. [you choose your yordle like Twisted Fate's card, but they don't appear randomly]

Comments:

  • "Frosty, Spiky, Burny!!!" has many uses. You can use Spiky to increase your damage against one target in average lane fight. Use Burny in team fights to maximize your total damage output and Frosty when your lane is ganked by your/enemy jungler or you have to escape safely.
  • Standard combo is: attack 2-4 times, use "Heavy Post" in the target location, send your soldier with "Desperate attack" for additional stacks and then use "Assault!" to snare enemy and deal as much damage as you can.
  • Slow effect doesn't stack; only Frosty upgraded "Assault!" give you additional slowing.
  • "Burning trail" doesn't stack. Enemies take damage once [even if they are affected and walking over another enemy trail]. Instead, burning trails disappear slowly. Only Burny upgraded Desperate attack burning area deals more damage.

I'm digging any new Yordle concept, there's just one thing you need to get rid of: Overloaded kit. If you don't mind, I've just got an idea to inspire you. ;P I will try to focus on his zoning abilities, as I see quite a potential there.

P: If one of Rushin's (it's just a name that fits him in my head :P) support troops gets recalled (aka gets destroyed, tho no man in Rushin's squad ever gets destroyed ;D), he goes on to assist his commander, granting Rushin a bonus on AA for a while.

Note: All of Rushin's troops can be forced to recall by beating them down to 0.

Q: Spike's post – Spike, R.U.S.H. squad's heavy weapons expert is sent on the battlefield, remaining stationary and attacking nearby enemies with his piercing shots (kinda like Azir's soldiers' former pierce, but independent, longer range, less bursty, faster, and definitely AD-based). Spike's damage and attack speed scale off Rushin's stats, while his range and persistence on the field scale with ability level. Passive bonus: Rushin gets bonus attack speed if Spike has to get recalled.

W: Snapper's trap – Snapper, R.U.S.H. squad's expert on area denial is sent towards target area, covering the area with caltrops (point-blank AoE combined with wall-like AoE). Enemies stepping on them are slowed and get their armor pierced for X seconds. Passive bonus: Rushin's shots pierce enemies' armor if Snapper has to get recalled.

E: Char's firefield – Char, R.U.S.H. squad's pyrotechnics expert is sent forward in target direction with his flamethrower burning, chasing after the first enemy he encounters on his way and dealing magic damage over time. Passive bonus: Rushin's shots deal bonus magic damage on hit.

R: R.U.S.H. squad, CHARGE! – By activating his ultimate, Rushin calls back one of his recalled troops into action if they had to be recalled recently. He prolongs the duration of the expert's passive bonus, while granting the soldier a bonus as well: Q – Spike gains bonus range and attack speed, as well as increased health. W – Snapper gets stealthed. His circular caltrop field and line get larger and apply a stronger slow. E – Char runs faster and applies an ignite like effect (DoT+grievous wounds) on the enemies caught within his fire.

Hope you will like my kit suggestion, perhaps you could modify it to your liking. ;)
