New assassin champ?

I feel like the next champ should be an ad assassin Name- Eivet Passive-Every kill give Eivet +1 ad. +2 ad with his Q Q-Assassinating Shot- Eivet shoots a dagger dealing damage to the first unit it hits. W-Assassinate- Eivet goes invis for 5 seconds(longer or shorter) and gains movement speed during the duration. Once Eivet returns from stealth(Or hits somebody), his next AA deals additional damage. E-Dash of the Shadows-Eivet dashes a short distance and does splash damage to the destination and also dealing damage to enemies within the dash. After dashing, Eivet gains movement speed and attack speed. R-Killing Blow- Passive R-gains bonus ad and armor.Active R- Once activated, Eivet gains a boost of all his stats. Eievet can reactivate this ability to blink behind his target and does damage and applies Assassin Mark. If Killing Blow kills a target, all cooldowns are halved. Assassin Mark- Basically a Zed death mark. -uses energy
