Champion Concept: Hugo, the Tormented Mind

Hey guys. I came up with a psychic support champion idea, with lore and everything (no pictures though because I can't draw to save my life) but please check it out! I think he'd be a neat champ.

Basically he's a mind-controlly support. Feedback is appreciated! (post it in the other thread though please.)
