Made this as a response after watching the teaser of the new champion coming soon. After some painstaking work, I have made a portrayal of the new champion well enough for people to get a better understanding of what he will look like_. (I used Tidehunter as source material and hope y'all enjoy. This is for fun after all.)_

i dont think this is a new champ, the river king has been a thing for a long time. if you laugh in the river, he laughs with you.
