(Champion Concept) Zelotaal: The Darkin Terror
Appearance: Zelotaal is similar in appearance to Aatrox, although his wings are not as long, but are much wider. He has no weapon, and instead uses large, black talon-like claws. His body is very demon-like in appearance. His Embodiment of Fear form is large (Think Cho'gath with max ultimate rank and about 3 stacks) and also shadows sort of "pulse" from him.

The sounds of sleeping hunters are the only thing heard in the forest. The insects are not chirping, the owls are not hooting; not even the wind is howling. For every part of nature knows what is coming. There is no creature in nature that does not feel fear. From the smallest insect to the mightiest monster, fear is universal. Fear will be your demise. Fear will consume all. Fear is coming.
The screams of the hunters fill the night as claws of the ancient Darkin slice through the armor of the hunters, shredding it to pieces. He consumes their fear, growing stronger and even more monster like, as one last roar echoes through the forest. Leaving nothing but silence once again.
Abilities
Passive: Zelotaal's claws tear through armor, penetrating through 5% of armor. This bonus is doubled on feared targets.
Claws of the Darkin Terror (Q): Zelotaal's claws become sharper, dealing a bonus 10/30/50/70/90 (+15% AD) physical damage on his next two basic attack. These attacks apply on-hit effects.

Terror's Roar (W): Zelotaal let's lose a terrifying roar, fearing targets around him (including minions and jungle monsters) for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2.

Feast on Their Fear (E): Zelotaal consumes fear around him, ending all fears on allied champions, enemy champions, and himself early, gaining 5/10/15/20/25 Attack Damage per fear for 10 seconds and healing himself for 10/15/20/25/30 health per fear. Up to a max of 15/30/45/60/75 attack damage and a max heal of 30/45/60/75/90.

Embodiment of Fear/Wave of Terror (R): Zelotaal transforms into the embodiment of fear, gaining 350/500/650 health and gaining 10/20/30 attack damage. Zelotaal can cast this ability again to send out a wave of fear around him, transforming back to normal but doing 300/550/800 (+35% AD) to enemies around him and fearing them for 1.5 seconds.

Role: Melee/Bruiser in either Top or Jungle Zelotaal can be built either like a bruiser, a glass cannon, or tank. The bonus attack damage he gets allows him to be built rather tanky, while also being able to do a bit of damage. He is a pretty good jungler, but has relatively slow clear times with no area of affect abilities besides his ultimate and his W, although W does no damage. Without a gap closer, his ganks are not amazing, but if he comes up behind the target, he will be able to fear then straight into his ally. In team fights, Zelotaal is very good at keeping targets away from the ADC and the APC, as well as keeping his allies in the fight by getting rid of any fears on them. Although he can be both tanky or a damage dealer, he has no way to initiate a fight unless he gets a fear off. It would be best to wait for someone else to initiate before going in with him.
Build: A good start for him in lane would be Doran's shield in the top lane, since early on his W-E combo can give him some AD to make his Q hit a bit harder. A good final build would be Blade of the Ruined King, Spirit Visage, Sunfire Cape, Last Whisper, Mercury's Treads and Frozen Mallet.
