New game mode for league or just for fun custom like hide and seek?

The game mode would be called deer hunter, This name was inspired while i was mid game of hide and seek and our and the enemies' nidalee quit so we played were you can only have boots and the udyr was the deer. The "deer" is allowed to buy as many items and any items it wants but the humans can only start off with boots,but after they kill the deer 3 times they are allowed to use righteous glory, after the deer is killed 3 more times they are allowed to use either righteous glory or frozen mallet once the deer is killed 3 more times they are allowed to buy Overlord's Blood mail. after the deer is killed 9 times all enemies have 1 chance. They must sell all their items and the deer must choose to sell 3 of his if the enemies fail to kill the deer at the current state they must kill it 9 more times and can re buy all their previous items before retrying to finish him. On the other hand if the enemies DO finish him they are allowed to capture 2 turrets of their choice, they must repeat this process until the game ends,. every time the deer gets 15 kills it is allowed to capture a turret. the way for a deer to win is by waiting for his turrets to destroy the nexus or until the game ends at 60:00. The only summoner spells are ghost,flash,heal and ignite. This mode is played in the crystal scar any champion can be the deer and any champion(s) can be the human(s). NOTE: After 15 minutes the deer must ALWAYS have the iron elixir equipped so this means returning to base every few minutes. Also the deer is not allowed to return to base for heals unless every one on of the are dead this means all at the same time. However the deer can return to base to re buy the iron elixir. I hope this will make it up there and make a brighter future for summoner's happiness and fun.
