Teen Angst Annie?

I know that Annie is probably one of the LAST champions that needs a new skin, and stop me if you've heard this before, but Teen Angst Annie? It would most likely be a legendary skin, with an updated voice over and the essential concept would be Annie a few years from now. Make her taller, make tibbers into a backpack, make her spell effects bigger and more dramatic, and then give her an emo-esque "devil may care" attitude. Maybe change her dress into a purple hoodie and black jeans, with fire coming out of her eyes when she summons tibberzz? Dunno, just sayin' it might be cool, ya?
