I have a new idea for people who is in between promote and demote.
That Riot can makes an item for those people who is in Promote and Demote which can protect and guarantee their win/lost
It's as count as Lost Prevented.
And this item can only buy 1/month or 2 months ? ( so player can't OverUse? or depending too much ? ) 
Cause i have seen people keep saying about meeting team troll and bad game during pro time....

As I was reading i did think it would be a good idea to implement a single allowed dodge per series. It would allow you to mark a player and then dodge, to be sure you don't get the next lobby with them. Having a severe time limitation on it, say a week, or a day, or a month (I don't know the stats on how many times players find a troll in the lobby, therefore I cannot say what would be considered "severe" or even "moderate"), but if someone is obviously trolling before the game starts, I believe there should be a small amount of leeway there.
Also Pay2Rank, let alone P2W is messed up. It's not a part of Riot's philosophy here. I am willing to debate that claim.
