Way too similar to the current loading screen. What would even be the point of changes that small?
This is more a showcase of those skin ideas than anything.
Attach the image.
Edit: I don't the changes are significant enough to warrant it a priority. Also, in the past two months, concept like this -

Which could take a year or less to implement into the game, which would be a nice touch with our brand new SR that's coming.
I can't see it
A little ugly, IMO. The emblem-borders detract from it.
Just fyi, it'd be "Pulseblade", not "Pulsefire". Being that his weapon is a Chinese sword.
