MaoTai, the tribal sapling
Passive: "CO2!" any time a ally champion is out of combat near him, he will regen health
Q: "sapling sacrifice " a skill shot like 
's E that silences enemies that are hit (yes the skill shot is one of his fellow saplings)
W: "tribal bonding" a passive aeo around maotai when an ally is around him they passivly heal faster (similar to 
)
E: "tribal totem" a AOE heal that lasts for a few seconds (basically anyone within the aoe gets healed like a potion (lasts around 10 seconds)
R: "fallen saplings" Maotai channels for a few seconds then 3 other saplings (he controlls like tits one champion split into 4) they last for 50 seconds (roughly) and if one dies, they all die.
's lol! Also his Passive and W are the same while his E is not too different - you might want to add a little more diversity in? Otherwise a pretty cool champ! :)
