chat box in loading screenwhhh

when i play normals i cant talk to my team mates when i m in the loading screed and realize that im going up against my counter or someone i dont know how to build against and that is the first time i see my opponents. i would like to ask my team mates on strategy for game play and items build. with a chat box in the loading screed we could have 1-3 more minutes to come up with a plan or ask for a lane switch and more. the chat should be passed on in to the game chat so people can check what was suggested by team mates.
