Adding a "Report Match" feature in ranked

I know that we've all been in 4v5 from a beginning of a match or even having a smurf on the other team. It's frustrating right? Well is we can somehow send a report of our unfair match ups or unfair matches in general it would be very useful in ranked. Even if they do't give you LP, just by giving back the LP that you lost is good enough. What do you guys think?
