Moneybag Ziggs

So I had posted an idea on the Victorious gaming page and a couple of people liked the idea, and one suggested I post it here. Moneybag Ziggs, he wears a nice suit, and has a monocle instead of goggles, also a big bag of money on his back. His Q would be small pouches of cash bouncing, his W could be a stack of cash (or bars of gold), his E could be gold coins that shine. Finally his dreaded R would be a giant bag of gold that when it lands would burst open with Coins. If I was a better artist I could do concept are and still could do some parts of the concept art if towards it, if I get time to put.
