Fisherman Thresh [Skin Concept]

I have an idea to make a Fisherman Thresh skin to go along with the Fisherman Fizz skin.

CONCEPT

Thresh Visual

This is a concept and unfortunately do not have a drawing or graphic of my vision but will give a very detailed despriction. He will be wearing a fisherman hat like Fizz and a Yellow sailor coat to cover his body along with Thresh's hook being replaced with a fishing pole. Finally his lantern will be a piece of bait on the end of a fishing line (fish, worm, etc.) These are the main details to the skin but could also include boots or something to replace the key around his belt.

Ability Visual

The souls Thresh picks up from his passive to gain strength can be replaced with fish. Thresh's hook is replaced with a fishing rod used to "reel" or "hook" onto enemies. His lantern is replaced as a line with bait at the end so teammates can grab onto the bait and dash back to Thresh. His "E" is changed so that when he slashes fish pop up from waves of water and swim in the direction of the cast. Finally his "R" or ultimate is replaced a dock in the middle and the walls will be waves slamming against the dock in the area of the hexagon.
