@Riot / Community [Skin Suggestion - Ultimate/Legendary] Pulsefire/Abyssal Lucian
Good day community. I've made this suggestion already in november last year in the old community forum, so I'll post it here. It already received there 11 likes (though not much really, but for me counts each vote.)
First, I know that Riot can't, don't want and isnt allowed to copy 1:1 from any other source. So this suggestion is more a inspiring thing.
Second. The theme from Nautilus for his skin "Abyssal Nautilus" is mainly inspired from the Warhammer 40K Universe. So this will be a suggestion for a ultimate or legendary skin, theme based on Warhammer. Even though haters will come up, please read this: Skins doesnt have to fit in LoL Lore or history. Same as we have a Nautilus Astronaut or a Astronaut Teemo or Superman Teemo, Lucian could get a epic skin that even fits in his role.
As I know, there is no real Space Marine with two Plasma Pistols. Maybe in a fan fiction, so it isnt a real copy.
Third. Some skin suggestion as Birthday Party Fiddlesticks, Waterbomb Ziggs and Riven Bunny were (As I know) community ideas. So please just be sure before you vote on this. If you upvote, you'll agree on a legendary/ultimate skin for Lucian, that is theme based on Warhammer. By downvote, you make sure that you don't want this skin for Lucian or you don't like the idea in any way.
Last, but not least. I will create a poll, too.
Lucian is a great Champion and I've played him on PBE and afterwards on his release. His weapons remind me heavily on Warhammer 40K. The plasma pistols.
The legendary/ultimate skin should be epic as Pulsefire Ezreal. Following changes should come by the new skin or could come, it depends on Riot. (Please give your suggestions by posting, I'll try to edit and add the community ideas in it (if it's not a immature suggestion).)
My suggestion list:

A special animation from Classic Lucian is that by high movement speed, he's running with the body forward while his hands and guns are behind (Same as Zed for example). With the legendary or ultimate skin, Lucian new armor could get additional giant jetpack like in the first picture. Upon reaching higher movement speed, Lucian will activate his jetpack and will slightly hover above the ground. Blue flames comes out, and the more movement speed amount, the stronger the blue flames comes out. (At level 1 without boots, Jetpack could be deactivated. By buying boots tier 1, a small and hard to recognize flame comes out. After using abilities or anything else that increases the movement speed by each 50 movement, the flames will grow larger.) At the point where Lucian has 500 movement speed permanently, he will always hover above the ground, even when he just stays and shoots.
His pistols should have a typical look alike from Warhammer 40K Space Marines.

Additionaly his foot steps could have a deep and strong metallic sound because of the armor.
His voice could be played by the voice actor from Thresh or Nautilus. Since Lucian will most likely wear a helmet like on the first picture, his voice should be deeper.
Upon death, Lucian's plasma pistols will overload immediately and explode. The body could also disappear right after the explosion.
Thanks for reading and I'm sorry for that much. I bet as Ezreal's Pulsefire skin or Udyr's Spirit Guard skin had its first moments on paper, it was more than my little suggestion list.
