I don't know where this song came from. It just happened while playing Karma. All I know is I just worked on this for 4 days and it was done. Happened very naturally. Just felt right. What do you think? I think, to get the right feel of the song, try turning off anything else making any audible sound, put on your headphones, play the song and close your eyes. See what image you get in your mind and put it down in the comments below (if you want). Downloads are free of course. I hope you enjoy it! Happy Listening! :D

Gorgeous art by wikimia and you can check out the original artwork here.

Yours is the type of work that makes someone go, "Damn, what else has this person made?"

Meaning, after I listened to this, I stalked all of your previous activity to find any other songs you'd cooked up. What I especially enjoyed about your stuff is that none of it felt forced. You didn't arm-twist something into fitting a Champion, it just sort of did by itself. Everything just had this aura of completion and naturalness.

I'd also like to mention that I don't often post. I almost exclusively don't, but I get really hissy when I see such great work go unappreciated. So, for real, be proud because what you do, what you make, is fucking fantastic.

Have listened to your other songs, Sid. Appreciate your sharing them. Very awesome music. Made a playlist to listen to while playing league from your music (Riven, Ashe, Soraka, Sona, Nami). \m/ Loving your music, good sir.

Edit: Dawn is wonderful, too. Checking out the non-league stuff now! summoner 4

Will Leona's song be available for download? If not, I understand.

You're welcome. : )

Still working on the playlist (shuffling the songs around)... but currently am at:

  1. Avarosan Queen (Ashe)
  2. I will protect you (Leona)
  3. Dawn
  4. The Empress of Heart Strings (Sona)
  5. Eclipse
  6. Reflections
  7. Ebb & Flow (Nami)
  8. Orphans of War
  9. Afterlight
  10. Heartbeat

...but all of them remind of Valoran in some way (i.e. Dawn across Valoran, Heartbeat of a Champion's Journey, etc.). Cheers, Sid. Keep up the beautiful songs. ^_^

as I listened to this, knowing that it was for Karma, I pictured her, and as the Music played I could simply see her standing at the entrance of one of the mountain top temples of Ionia looking out over the countryside, strengthening her resolve to protect her homeland. I imagine this during the Noxian Invasion, where Karma decides the path to take. And I see her running to the aid of her people, to fight alongside them, sharing in their sorrows, their pains, their anger and grief, and using it to turn the tides of battle.

I see Karma defending the wounded, the elderly, the young. I see her standing against hundreds of soldiers resolved to stand for her people, unwavering and unfaltering.

The courage to protect those weaker than you is indeed the biggest strength anyone can have. :)
