Since they don't want to bring URF back for some reason, this would be a nice change from "More people on a map?! Whaaat?!".

The issue would be programming all the particle options... A lot of it wouldn't make sense clarity wise, or things like Rammus' ball which I would wonder how that could even work on other champions' models
