I am seeing a lot of Doctor Who references coming up to taunt me when it's connected to Ekko, so you know what.

Here's an Doctor Who-inspired Ekko with 12th's outfit. x) I like this style I made for digital art and chibi. Just simple and plain. I think I might keep it. Just something off the side of other art things.
