[Champion Concept] Quik, The Lasher of Piltover

Now, I haven't really thought much in the means of Lore or numbers of any type, but I do have a concept I wanted some feedback on and maybe ideas on this.

Her name is Quik, also known as The Lasher of Piltover. Her weapon of choice would be a set of whips that can extend distance, making her a ranged melee champion.

I'll start with abilities.

Passive: With each kill, she gains a stack on her basic that adds a small amount of bleeding damange.

(Without Ult)

Snap-Back (Q): would be a stunn. She wraps the aggressor up with her whip and snaps at them with the secondary one. Stun lasts only 1.75 seconds plus damage.

Barbed Wire (W): would be a passive. It enables the whip(s) to have barbs on them, causing magic damage, but reduces mana, much like Q

Double Your Pleasure (E): would be a slow. She slams down with both whips in front of her, lashing the ground and anyone in close proximity to it.

Lash It Up (R): would be her ult. She shoots forward and snaps her whips in a flurry around her. So, kind of like .

I don't really have a design or alignment in my head for her yet. But I'm open to feed back, as stated.
