Beware of the cat smuggler! We recently received many reports regarding a cat dealer calling herself "Jinx the Kitty Savior." Piltover is a city of progress. We believe in science and logic, and the possession of cats is to be considered witchcraft. Any attempt to carry a cat into Piltover will result in a hefty fine and/or Jail time. This woman is extremely dangerous. She is in possession of 3 Cat-themed Robot Firearms, Designated "Pow-Pow", "Fishbones" and "Zappy". If you've seen these cats (or thier owner), contact the police right away. If you see the woman, DO NOT APPROACH. Flee to safety before contacting the police.
