The others are right. Morgana is a mage and, like classic mages, does not wear armor. Classic fantasy mages did not wear armor because it imposed penalties (difficulty) on casting spells. She is just the hyper-sexualized embodiment of that long-held tradition in fantasy settings. As such, mages were the least protected and easiest to kill. This balanced out the fact that they had access to devastating magic spells and could wipe the floor with most armored opponents, assuming they got to cast before getting stabbed.
You should choose an actual fighter for this statement: Shyvana, Irelia. Fiora's fighting style relies on fluid movements which armor would restrict. But you could look at Leona. She appears well armored, but she really isn't. She is well-covered, but it's mostly by a skin-tight outfit that the armor pieces are set about.
Only problem is that Morgana doesn't use armor. She uses a bra and like the bottom half of a dress. Honestly, Shyvana would be a much better pick to use for that subject.
If I were in your position I would've drawn Ashe and wrote "Would this keep anyone warm?" right next to it. To each his own, I guess.
Or maybe draw Riven and ask "Could these arms support a human-sized sword?"
Probably a better example would have been someone like Evelynn, who goes into melee range wearing her stripper outfit. Either way though, there are other games out there where the actual female knights are wearing basically plate bikinis, because less coverage=better armor. Those games probably would have been better examples. I can't think of the names of any off the top of my head, but I'm sure a quick google search would find them.
Your reasoning is flawed. Udyr doesn't wear anything remotely resembling armor yet he has higher MR AND Armor than Morg. Lee Sin wears less than Morgana and is within a single point of armor, and once again MR. You're ignoring facts to push an agenda and grab eyes. Stop that. That's terribly intellectually dishonest.
She's not the type to even have armor though. Riven or Sivir would have probably been better.

Critique time! First of all, Morgy isn't really a good example, as she's supposed to wear revealing attire to contrast Kayle, who's covered up from head to toe. Morgy is also some sort of (squishy) mage, so it's ok to not wear armor.

Notice the arguements used against the OP rely on:
- Morgana has never worn armor. (despite her not existing)
- Mages don't wear armor (despite mages being entirely fictional).
- But ma game mechanics. (it's just a game, not real).
What all this ignores is the OP's point which is the use of armor. What sort of armor did medieval women wear? Here is why "boob armor" would actually kill you.

I have to wonder if it's actually on purpose. Since Kayle, her sister, is armored top to bottom with absolutely no skin showing, maybe it's also part of Morgana's rebellion against the Sun tribe? Pantheon and Leona are also pretty armored (though Leona's is mostly skintight leather as someone else mentioned), so there's probably a theming thing going on.
