An Idea to make Champion Select Phase Easier

When I log on or when I am watching youtube or twitch or some other third thing, I see a champion and I will occasionally want to play that champion. During the time it takes to find a que that isn't declined or ignored, it will take a few minutes and even more if I am not already logged on to league. It would be helpful if Riot had a little self message, note-type area on the home page that doesn't go away during champion select. This would allow a person to see someone playing irelia or poppy and type to themselves to remember that they joined the que specifically to try one of them out. I've tried using word but it is annoying reopening it constantly as it takes longer than I wish to open up. But if league were to have a note area, I think it would make champion select a whole lot easier to remember. Having all the champions currently available, it is hard to constantly forget who I want to play and have to scroll through them all, very quickly, in the short time given during champion select. There could be a little button that you click on the home screen that pops up a little window or a little word pad connected to the client...I'm not positive on the specifics but I'm hoping the developers could see this and run with the idea if they like it. I mean I know I have gone champions I didn't want to play as because I've forgotten who I initially played and I have almost run out of time in ranked ques and normal ques while trying to think of a good character to play.
