Full team skins discounts

On the previous event, pool party, the pool party skins that were released last year were on sale, as a result, me and my friend bought them all (one for each) and made a full pool party team, so i came to this board to ask you all (and hopefully give riot an idea) wouldn´t it be good to have an event were all full team skin? or skin series that have more than 5 champs would be on sale, that way there would be a lot more purchases of these skin as to build full theme skins like me and my friends did, the examples are: blood moon; the card types; battle cast; frost; warring kindoms...
