That's Zed in a SSBB moveset editing program. Only thing I don't know how to do would be to make Death Mark work like it does in game. But everything else should work perfectly.

inb4 But SSB4 is out!

Yeah, and you know what? You can't make your own mods for it. Until then, I'm still working on SSBB.

Also, the model isn't custom made by me. It's Riot's. I just found it on a DIY website, tposed it, and rigged it.

I'll be making a full moveset for him as soon as I get time to rerig him. His current one (this one) is actually really bad...
