Twitch Cosplay

I want to cosplay as
This will be the first time cosplaying and would appreciate all help. I'm not entirely sure on how to start it. I think the easiest part is sewing together his clothes (sewing is my specialty!) and the most difficult might be his crossbow. What do you think? Do you know what materials I should use?
