hi this is my second skin Idea ever ^.^ also the sketch is really rough but basically she would be called star power, or game master Jinx . Fish bones would be replaced by the bomb shark things, pow-pow would be one of the shooter plants and B4 she uses her alt she could flash like you do on super Mario when you get star power. Also Riot has had other super Mario references in LoL so I don't think I would cross any copy right lines but im no expert.
I like the idea that her rockets are bullet bills. Her traps should be the paraina's though. However her gun being the pipe; GENIUS I must say.
In my opinion as an almost shaco-only-player, JINX NEEDS TO HAVE A MATCHING SKIN FOR SHACO @.@

too many jinx skin ideas. she JUST came out and rengar came out awhile ago and he still hasnt recieved a skin.
they should make a convict jinx skin in regards to both officer vi and officer caitlin, i think it would be pretty cool.
