[Champion Concept] Zui Quan, the drunken Master

As one of the few best fighters in Ionia, Zui had performed a technique that is very common, but hard to use perfectly. He trained everyday in his life, but never could defeat the best fighter in his village, Yi. As once the Noxians arrived to destroy his and Yi's village, he prepared with the other fighters of the village, to draw back the Noxians and resist their terror.

Unfortunately, Yi stormed the battleground with his Wuju-Style, killing everyone within seconds and showing his true power to the high command of Noxus. The anxious High Commander executed a chemical strike, as Noxus had nothing compared to the destructive skills of Yi.

The Village was destroyed, Yi left in despair, leaving childrens and womens who survived the deadly chemicals. One another surviver was Zui. Zui lost his family and his friends, his only duty for him was to pursuit Yi.

As time passed by, Zui scouted for Yi in every village and city. For each spot he was searching for him, the lesser his feelings for revenge was. In the end, he fell into a trance of sorrow and oblivion, bypassing it with alcohol. His memory faded away the more he drunk, and only corrupted happyness was left in his mind.

As he woke up in the valley, lying in a pool of sick, Zui felt again sorrow and wanted to satisfy it with more alcohol. Before he was able to do so, he was attacked by a criminal gang, unable to fight due to the sorrow he felt, he was nearly close to die. The criminal gang left him. Instead to vet his injuries, he went straight in the tavern to drink alcohol. The criminal gang saw how he went in to drink something, so they decided to look again for him, in hope he might had hidden money from them. As one of them touched his shoulders, Zui instantly throwed him over the bar, while the others were astonished.

Instinctively, he fought against them in his drunken condition, winning the fight and earning the money back. Whenever he felt the sorrow in him, he drank, he never stopped. His fighting style was world-famous, and so the League pleased him to use his power for the peace in Valoran. He declined, but later found out that Yi was participating in the Institute of War too. He contacted the League and then requested in exchange for entering the League, that he get's free Groggy Ice for his lifetime.

Concept Explanation:

Every ability of Zui has a cast time. Within the cast time, he executes the skill and when the cast time ends, the ability animation ends as well. Theoretically, he can activate all abilities at the same time, as all cast abilities will be executed at the same time. This allows strategic play and skill-based perfomance. This Concept is very new and unique, it has the same potencial as Orianna has or other very unique kits.

Abilities:

Zui's resource is Energy

**Passive "Absolute Reaction Rate"**

For each 1.5%/1%/0.5% Bonus Attackspeed, Zui's cast time is decreased by 0.005 seconds.

In Addition, if he hits enemy units with his damage ability, he receives bonus energy based on how many units are hit. Each enemy unit: 5/10/15 energy.

(Example: Phantom Dancer = 50% Attack Speed = 50% / 1% = 50 = 50 x 0.005 = 0.25 seconds reduction (With 1% bonus attspeed scaling))

**Q(Cone - Damage - Mres&Armor buff) "Palm Fiction"**

Zui drinks from his cup, gaining a buff for 2 seconds and in the same time performing a attack. He sets his right feet forward, while sending forth his palms forward. Dealing 60/80/100/120/140 physical damage (+ 0.5 Bonus AD) in a small cone. (http://cdn2.netops.eidosinteractive....ken_fist-3.png)

Buff: Zui receives 10/20/30/40/50 Armor & Magic Resistance for 2 seconds.

Cast duration: 1.5/1.4/1.3/1.2/1 seconds.

Energy Cost: 30

Cooldown: 12.5/11/10.5/9/8.5

(Explanation: Zui receives instantly an armor and mres buff, dealing at the same time damage to nearby enemies within a small cone. This is a great range ability for initiating)

**W(Counterattack - Knockback) "Drunken Leg"**

Zui drinks from his cup, gaining a buff for 1.5 seconds and in the same time performing a counterattack. Zui sets his right feet on the ground, while the left feet stays in mid-air. (http://www.trueachievements.com/customimages/009638.jpg)

While this ability casts or 2 seconds after the cast has end, and if a enemy hits Zui with a basic attack or a close combat ability, Zui immediately stumbles backwards on the ground while kicking with his right feet. Dealing magic damage equal to 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% of the enemy missing health and knockbacks the enemy 300 units away.

If successfully executed, all basic abilities of Zui are reset (except Ultimate and W).

Buff: Zui receives 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% Cooldown Reduction for 1.5 seconds.

Cast duration: 1.5/1.4/1.3/1.2/1 seconds

Energy Cost: None

Cooldown: 14.5/13/12.5/11/10.5

(Explanation: Wether Zui receives a cooldown reduction buff for using the other abilities instantly while activating W, or Zui receives a cooldown reset after successfull counter, both ways allow Zui to initiate at any cost instead of being feared by the long cooldowns. Energy Cost isnt there, because following: When cast all three abilities at the same time, the enemy would see how much energy is deployed and wouldnt even attack Zui. But a instant W + Q or E would let the enemy only see that Zui has used energy for only one ability.)

**E(Dash - Slow - Knockup - Recast) "Drink-Driving"**

Zui drinks from his cup, gaining a buff for 4 seconds, while executing a skill animation. Zui chooses a place up to 600 units. Zui jumps on his toes from each point to the end, slowing enemies on those points for 20% for 1.5 seconds. At the end, Zui backflips to the last point, falling on his back and executing a giant physical wave that knock ups enemies in the range in the air. Enemies on the last point receives 100/130/160/190/220 physical damage (+0.3 AD).

While the enemy is knocked up in the air, Zui can recast within those 0.5 seconds to immediately teleport above the enemy, making himself for 0.5 seconds invulnerable and knocking it into the ground, dealing magic damage equal to Zui's missing health (5%/10%/15%/20%/25%).

Buff: Zui receives 10/20/30/40/50 armor penetration for 4 seconds.

Cast duration: 1.5/1.4/1.3/1.2/1 seconds

Energy Cost: 50 (On Recast: 50)

Cooldown: 18/16.5/15/13.5/12

(Explanation: This ability animation goes faster with attack speed, but it also leaves free for counters. This ability may look a bit OP, but you can escape it or even CC Zui while he performs the ability. It's a great skill for initiating though. The Recast is almost unable to execute if the other skills are being spammed as hell.)

**R(Buff) "Alcing"** (Reference to "Milking"

Zui throws his cups over his head, receiving additional bonus 50%/100%/150% attackspeed for 8 seconds.

Cast duration: 1.5/1.2/1 seconds

Energy Cost: None

Cooldown: 130/100/70 seconds

(Explanation: This is the ultimative ability to increase the animation speed of Zui, while both increasing his fighter abilities with it. On early use, this ability just lowers the animation speed by near half, while on later use it can delete the cast animation and make it instantly.)

Animations:

While walking, he saunters.

While attacking, he uses his feets and his right hand. (With the left hand he holds the flask)

First attack, he attacks with his right hand.

Second attack, he attacks with his left feet.

Third attack, he attacks with his right feet

Upon critical strike, he attacks with his left hand and spilts some alcohol.

One suggestion. I suggest rephrasing some of these sentences as this is not easily comprehensible at times. Other than that this is very well thought out. Nice idea!
