Archs, the Warlord (Champion Concept)

Hey Guys! This is a champion I've been thinking lot about in the past months or so, and I think that this dude is pretty original (or at least in some ways :P). Feedback is appreciated! Now let's get to him, aye? ;D

Lore:

I remember in the streets of Noxus, my younger brother, Arto and I were fighting for our lives every single day. He was the brain and I, the muscles. We had this one dream; to serve our 'glorious' nation, and destroy Demacia from its place. Because we knew that one day, the militia would accept us. This happened a few years later, however, it was only I who got accepted. In despair, my brother congratulated me, and traveled out of Noxus, and I did not even say goodbye to him. The training was rough, but I managed to complete it, and after four years of training, I became one of the best students they ever had.

Soon, I joined my first battle against Demacia. It was so exciting for me. I could feel the rush in my blood. I was ready anytime... until I overheard one of my allied soldier say that my brother was murdered by a filthy and dark creature. I could not bear it. A world without my brother would be empty, and in rage I took an axe and charged into battle. That day became a great loss for Demacia. I had slaughtered everyone on the field, except for very few. And that is where I knew what potential I had. However, the noxian militia could see the rage in me, and they banished me from Noxus.

So I went on a quest to find this creature who had slain my brother. And I stand here today, knowing who I am to seek. And I can promise that no matter what happens, the Darkin will fall by the steel of my axe.

BASE STATS: Health: 455 (+82), 1931 at lvl 18

Health Regen: 8.5 (+0.75), 22 at lvl 18

Mana: 210 (+40), 930 at lvl 18

Mana Regen: 5 (+0.45), 13.1 at lvl 18

Attack Damage: 52 (+3), 106 at lvl 18

Attack Speed: 0.645 (+2.64%), 0.951 at lvl 18

Armor: 22.4 (+3.6), 87.2 at lvl 18

Magic Resist: 30 (+1.25) 52.5 at lvl 18

Movement Speed: 330

Range: 125

ABILITIES:

Innate/Passive: Wrath of the Warlord

Archs' basic attacks deals 1%/2%/3% increased damage on every consecutive attack against the same enemy (capped at 30% increased damage).

First Ability (Q): Daring Strike | 30 Mana | Cooldown: 6 seconds

Archs strikes an enemy with brute force on his next basic attack, dealing 20/40/60/80/100 (120% of total AD) physical damage. If the target is below 40% health, Daring Strike's damage is increased by 50% and applies Bleeding Wound that deals 20/24/28/32/36 (40% of bonus AD) physical damage over 3 seconds to the affected enemy.

Second Ability (W): Carving Path | 30/40/50/60/70 Mana | Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10s seconds | Range: 600

Passive: Whenever Archs takes damage there is a 40% chance that he cleaves all enemy units around him, dealing 25/50/75/100/125 (30% of bonus AD) physical damage to all enemy units struck. This effect can only happen once every 3 seconds. Active: Archs cleaves all enemies in a cone, dealing 20/70/120/170/220 (20% of bonus AD) physical damage, and slows enemies struck by 20%/30%/40%/50%/60% for 2.5 seconds.

Third Ability (E): Axe Slam | 80 Mana | Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds | Range: 400

Archs dashes a short distance and hurls the edge of his axe to the ground, dealing 25/50/75/100/125 (25% of bonus AD) physical damage and knocks targets hit up for 1 second. If any enemies are hit by Axe Slam, Archs can use it again within 4 seconds with no mana cost, although he will not dash.

Ultimate Ability (R): Warlord's Strength | 100 Mana | Cooldown: 140/120/100 seconds

(This ability does not apply on structures, minions or monsters. Basic attack while Warlord's Strength is active will deal normal damage.) Archs' next basic attack crushes his target, dealing 150/300/450 (100% of bonus AD) bonus physical damage, and increases his movement speed by 50%/75%/100% that decays over 2.5 seconds. If the target is killed by Warlord's Strength, the movement speed and duration is doubled, and its cooldown is reduced by 20%/40%/60%. Warlord's Strength benefits on-hit effects, except for critical strikes.

Hey, look at my insane skills! Whoops! It, err... it'll come back soon enough... Ah! There it is. Alright, let's get back to killing! / I am the best warrior in histor- oops. Err... Let's just wait a moment. Ah! Now, where were we?

Taunt: (Archs makes an intimidating stance and points at the enemy.) My grandmother could do that... with a bagel! / Such a pathetic fool!

Others: Let's crack some bones! / I have a clear vision. / My steel is honed. / Pathetic creatures. / Bloodshed is coming!

Interactions: (AatroxAatrox) Your trickery does not fool me, Darkin! (When Blood Well is triggered) / Fight as the warrior you are! / Stand and fight, pathetic creature! (SwainSwain) Strength is what you seek? Well, I'll show you some! (JarvanIVJarvan IV) Alright, prince! Let's see what you demacians are made of!

EDIT: Passive changed. Bleed damage reduced to 20/24/28/32/36 (40% of bonus AD) from 11/22/33/44/55 (33% of bonus AD).

Not really diggin the name... Archs makes me think of Archie... lol Archie the Warlord... not really that imposing.

That passive sounds pretty OP imo. He sounds very similar to Darius. And racist, too. xD

I love the concept, but realistically this champion would blow all others out of the water...

Lets say levle 16 1v1 fight, building BotRK and Triforce....You're looking at around 5-9 AA by the time they hit 40% HP.

First off lets assume 6 AA, meaning 18% increased DMG.... + Q increased by 50% so that's stupidly OP.

Also his kit comes with an AOE Slow? Someone who can stick on a target and get up to 30% dmg increase passively, how does that make him balanced? There should be skill involved to stay on the target and keep the passive up, much like darius passive on keepig bleeds on targets to maximize dmg.

His E, first off his W can be a slow, his Q is retarded dmg, not only that but you're giving him a knockup, one that is on a 4 second CD if it hits....First off i'd like to say that short cd abilities like that are all but GONE, and the knockup is just stupidly OP, 95% of champions that could stand against that constant cc have been nerfed (rivens Valor(E) was nerfed from 8/6/5/4/3 to 10/9/8/7/6)

Anyways you may get more attention on your champion if you nerf him fairly hard..

overall you have a strong dmg dealing champion....which is fine, but he has a slow, a knock up, cleave. He has so much in his kit that anyone in bronze would just faceroll win and people in diamond would be unbeatable when played perfectly.
