New yi concept, I am curious what sommunity thinks

okay so I put this concept into champion concepts board but I am curious what the community has to say about it so here goes:: leave your comments as well:: I have recently had 4 matches in row with a MasterYi master yiMasterYi that completely item 3087 shrektitem 3074 me. He is so over powered. The only way I have found to shut him down is never give him even one kill and stun the heck out of himGnar . Some kind of update would be awesome, but a champion that can dodge your attacks ever 3 seconds (not literally) because his auto- speed is so high he lowers the cool down of his q and is never really in one place. then when you try and run he just pops his ult and you can not get away is just ridiculous. I can even suggest 2 ways for every ability to be changed:

p1- Every --- rd/th hit, Yi hits for 1.--- times normal auto-attack damage stacks fall off every --- seconds. p2- Yi gains --- movement speed in combat. Yi is considered in combat when he has been hit with damage or done damage in the last --- seconds.

q1- Yi teleports to a target location and dashes around to 3 enemy units (prioritizes champions but hits only 2 enemy units if the first target is a champion) [target range looks similar to big gnar e] q2- Yi dashes behind one target and hits them 3 times in quick secession then dashes halfway between the target and his beginning position.

w1- Yi meditates and gains an attack damage bonus through a channel building up throughout the channel. This channel is interrupted by any damage from any source. the bonus damage gains more time and strength the longer yi meditates. w2- yi meditates creating an uncontrollable healing circle healing healing allies and enemies for --- health every (.5?)--- seconds. Ally champions heal for the full amount, YI heals for .75 of the amount, ally minions heal for .5 of the healing, and enemy champions heal for .1 of the heal.

e1- Yi jumps and spins pulling out his daggers on his ankles and throwing them in complete opposite directions slowing himself and enemies hit. e2- on the next attack yi will dash around the target to the opposite side he was on slashing at their sides, dealing damage, applies on hit effects

r1- Yi targets an ally champion and gives them --- movement speed, --- attack power, and --- attack speed while reducing his by the same amount (or half) for --- seconds. r2- Yi enters a trance gaining increased vision range and ability range for 2 passive attacks which deal twice the amount of damage.

I really hope these will stir ideas for a Master yi rework. I left most number up to you to change and I am not good with them anyways but I would love to see this yi rework. feel free to change any of the listed abilities or use them, all I ask is a riot employee email me if you decide to use it with a detailed description of what you used and how you changed it if you did. Master Yi really doesn't need an ability rework. He's what a melee ADC should be. Just don't give him a kill and bring a lot of hard CC i.e. do not bring slows. Master Yi also doesn't inherently have high attack speed. He needs BotRK or Stattik for his attack speeds. He's not a problem (anymore) if you're experienced in this game. You can look at Cowsep, he played in the Korean server and is considered to be have one of the best mechanics for Master Yi, (not that Yi is the most difficult). He doesn't reach epic kill streaks all the time. Like old Fiora (no CC) Master Yi brings no CC/utility to the team in his kit. So he's not the most helpful in all situations.
