A New Champ idea

I have these Champ that should create His/She Q is Fire, his w Is water, his e Is earth,And his Ult is Roulette. Why Roulette? Just Imagine the ult roulette. What it does it will choose any random champ that you have own and use it for 2 min. Pretty cool but risky. Also His Q-Fire any champ that have a fire element he/she will gain 10% Attack damage but melee. He/she W-water also melee type by running on water will gain 10% MR.He/she E-earth standing on the ground will gain 10% Armor but long range. Ap melee but back to the roulette if he can get any champ that you own for example( If you get a shyavana you can also transform into a dragon or if get a yasuo you get his ult.) But you charge on mana. The cooldown for Q is 15 sec,W 8, and his E 20 sec. The ult 80 second. The mana Cost for Q 5, W 10, and E 15 also his Ult cost !00. So does these champ sound pretty well design or what.
