NEW SKIN IDEA!!!! Sivir Of the East

So, This skin would sort of be like the Good Witch of the East from the wizard of Oz.

ABILITIES!!!

Passive: Fleet Of Foot- instead of the classic movement buff look, It would send bubbles behind her.

Q: Boomerang Blade- She would toss her wand instead of the bubble...

W: Ricochet- She would send a bouncing bubble that after each enemy contact would have a small fairy dust explosion.

E: Spell Shield- Would be surrounded by a bubble and would float until the cast wears off. would be pink instead of blue.

R: On The Hunt- Would have the same look of ghost of Fleet Of Foot on everybody but they would also float in a bubble.

Her speech would be like

Ult: Kill the wicked witch!

Laugh: Would giggle forever until stopped.

Dance: would float around and do disco.

Taunt: You Think You can pop my bubble? Why don't you try!

Joke: Bubbles are very strong! WOOPS. (Bubble would pop)

Move: WE must find her! Bring peace! Don't you like bubbles? On my way!

Attack: I didn't want to do this! Why don't you surrender!
