[Champion Concept] Mitsume - The Merciful
This is Mitsume. He was hinted in the Samurai's Pride prologue and his personal prologue Way of the Blunt Blade.

"Mitsume Tachi was born and raised in a small village in Navori, Ionia. Due to the death of his parents, he was raised by the head of a swordsmanship school, as he was the closest relative to Mitsume.
Raised as a swordsman, Mitsume became also an adult and began to travel through Ionia and find opponents worth fighting.
Even though Mitsume was lectured in the way of the sword, he does not fight head-first, but rather fights to protect his life and others. However, when Mitsume accidentally killed a innocent child, he abandoned his technique and his belief in himself.
When Mitsume returned to his home village, he was hunted in his nightmares by the face of the child he killed. Regrets over regrets, Mitsume tried to end his life by his blade. In the same time, a woman who not only was a stranger to Mitsume, but also was worried about Mitsume, did stop him and since then cared for him.
The nights became easier for Mitsume for every day she was there for him. For the protection of her, Mitsume developed a own technique to never use his blade, but the scabbard - to not take unnecessary lives.
On top of that, Mitsume and his wife gave birth to a boy named Mitsuru - And for Mitsume, life started to be again joyfully.
Until the day arrived when Mitsume was on the hunt for meat, when his village got attacked by a mysterious person hidden in dark clothes. When Mitsume returned, the whole village was massacred, including his wife and son. In rage and despair, Mitsume immediately drew his blade for the first time since the incident years before - He unleashed a wave of cuts in blind rage against the mysterious person, but no single attack hit him. In an instant, the mysterious man used his blade and severed Mitsume's left arm.
Mitsume shouted, but not for his lost arm - It was because of his lost family. For some reason, the mysterious man disappeared as if the best way to hurt Mitsume was to let him suffer by continuing to live his life.
Mitsume recovered from the deadly blow months later and joined the Institute of War in hope he might find the murderer of his home and family."
###Champion Explanation
- Mitsume is considered to be a Samurai to his heart's content. Even though he has only one arm left, he can still fight with no problems. Mitsume holds his sword like a bokken (wooden sword) which is still sealed in the scabbard. He almost never draws the blade itself out of the sheathe. This is the promise he made after he killed a child accidentally.
- Mitsume went through many traumatic events as such killing an innocent and the loss of his home village and his dearest family. Thus his personality became rash and negative, yet wants to take revenge.
- The mysterious man hidden in dark clothes refers to a person who was involved in other recent events. He's very likely to make his next move to the Institute of War.
- Mitsume is a friend of Yasuo, Takumi and Chizu, even though he doesn't much bother calling them friends. The last time they met was at Samurai's Pride. It was close after Mitsume accidentally killed the young boy. That's why he didn't talk much in that conversation.
- Mitsume is similiar to Zhou Tai from the Dynasty Warrior series and Roronoa Zorro from One Piece. He has the resolve and the courage like Roronoa Zorro, and the discipline and technique of Zhou Tai.
- Mitsume has only one arm left. He is considered as a handicapped Champions like the blind Monk Lee Sin and Lissandra, the silent Stringwaves Sona.
###Appearance Mitsume is a one-armed Samurai. His Sword is a Tachi. A Tachi is a Saber like Katana and is 41-1/2 inches long (Overall Length). Blade Length: 27 inch (Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tachi).

###Concept Explanation & Personal Opinion
Yes it might be true that Mitsume has a pretty strong kit - this atleast would be true if Mitsume could deal with all of those abilities damage. Needless to say, his Q is a sorta counter ability which can counter most attacks like Vi's Q that almost gets Mitsume - instead, Mitsume suppresses Vi with his basic attack right before she collides with him. This ability allows some great plays.
Mitsume's W allows him to protect himself or an ally, allowing the player to support his team.
Mitsume's E ability is his main damage ability. It can open and close paths in the right situation. It's very hard to actually zone the location, but if played well - great reward.
His Ultimate - besides of the low initial damage - has two purposes. One that Mitsume is able to knock back an enemy Champion if he casts with the back to the target. And the second one is that his passive is disabled and he is able to deal critical strike damage.
Mitsume is overall strong against Champions who rather deal constant damage than burst damage (Jax early pre 6, Renekton, Yorick, Malphite, ecetera). Mitsume can be shutdown by Champions who focus on burst and CC. Mitsume has no escape ability itself, as his Q only swap places and his Ultimate itself should not be considered as an escape ability.

Ingame - Emotes:
- Mitsume raises his sword in the air, the edge of the Sword blinks and he says "Clean, like my soul was once"
- Mitsume sits on the ground, his feet lay down beneath him and he polish his Sword with a pink Silk handkerchief. After that, he stays up and puts his Blade in the sheathe. (Reference to his dead wife - it belonged to her)
Dance - 3. Mitsume squats down, standing on his feet while his hand lays on the hilt. Then he draws his Sword out and swings his blade like Leona's dance emote.
Joke - 4. Mitsume says "Ha! You deserve no mercy!"
Ingame - Battle:
When Mitsume dies while ultimate or W is active and a ally is in the near, he will whisper "Don't risk your life for nothing".
If noone's there, he will say nothing.
When Mitsume kills a enemy without having his ultimate used or on CD, he will say "My blade will never taste your blood!"
If Mitsume uses his ultimate and kills someone while ultimate is active, he will whisper "Forgive me"
If Mitsume kills someone while ultimate is on CD, he will say nothing.
If Mitsume activates his ultimate and when a enemy Champion is behind him on his back, he will push him away and say "Dishonorable ones die first"
