[Skin Concept] Ascendant Kayle
Hi there! So I've been thinking lately what champion would work well for an ultimate skin idea, and (as a Kayle main) I figured why not Kayle! Unfortunately I cannot draw to save my life, but I'll present my idea for the next (or future) ultimate skins - Ascendant Kayle.
Backstory
With the war against her sister dragging on and draining her spirit, Kayle attempted to end it with a quick, decisive battle against Morgana. In her weakened state however, she proved no match against her relentless sister. Morgana severed Kayle's wings in the battle, and nearly took her life if it weren't for one final burst of strength Kayle summoned and used to escape. With some help, she returned to her homeworld to recover. There, kneeling and praying upon the highest mountain peak, she was gifted with the power of ascension due to her unyielding faith and courage. With her renewed strength and powers, she returned to Valoran to end the war - and her sister.
"Stand and you shall fall. Kneel and you shall be gifted with everlasting power."
Appearance
As Kayle levels up, everyone shall bear witness to her path of ascension with physical changes to her model. These changes will occur during levels 6, 11, and 16. During each transformation, Kayle impales the ground with her blade, and kneels with arms outstretched looking up to the heavens as a ray of light comes down on her.
Level 6: Prior to this level, Kayle has no wings and simply walks to get around. Once she hits level 6, she grows a pair of large, beautiful wings and can fly now. In her pre-6 stages, she wears mostly cloth with a few, undeveloped armor plates covering her torso (mostly covering her breasts). Post-6, she gains some new heavenly armor on her body (shoulder plates and armor over her arms and hands).
Level 11: Continuing on her path of holy ascension, Kayle grows a second pair of functional smaller wings that lie beneath her larger wings. She also gains some more armor from the heavens to protect her (armor covering her thighs, legs, and feet)
Level 16: Her path of ascension complete, Kayle gains a permanent halo over her angelic head. Her body armor also becomes complete (gains more developed torso armor). She also gains a beautiful, enchanted shield (maybe?).
For color schemes I was thinking mostly a white/gold theme.
Skill Effects
Q: Unleashes a golden ball of heavenly energy from her hand that explodes in a white flash of light as it makes an impact.
W: On ally cast - Heavenly dust dances around target and trails behind them as they move around. On self cast - Same effect, but with added effect of armor flashing white for a few seconds.
E: Pre-16, gains a temporary halo over her head and blade glows golden-white with heavenly energy. Post-16 the blade effects remain the same. Hitting a target causes ripples of golden light to emanate from target.
R: Kayle casts her blade upward and a ray of light comes down from the heavens to wrap around target in a protective golden, hazy light.
Spawn/Death Effects
Spawn: A beam of light springs forth from the sky to strike the ground. Kayle materializes as clenching her blade with both hands while kneeling. Feathers swirl around her briefly as this happens.
Death: Upon a fatal blow, Kayle doesn't cry out in pain (maybe a brief moan or grunt) for pain is only temporary when you have faith. She impales the ground with her blade and kneels as her wings fall flat. Before she collapses on the ground completely, however, a ray of light lifts her up and her body disintegrates into golden dust that flies into the sky in the ray of light (think of Celestine Soraka death).
Voice Lines
Movement: "My methods are just." "I have found true power." "Faith will be rewarded." "I will end all pain, all suffering." "I have been redeemed." "Death is only temporary." "Justice, courage, faith." "My blade will bring heaven's light."
Joke: [I'll fill in later]
Taunt: Kayle lands on the ground and impales it with her blade; she makes a pointing gesture as she takes a step forward and speaks the first half of the phrase. On the second half of the phrase, she takes her blade, lifts off the ground again, and swings it in the air.
"Kneel and you shall be saved...stand and you shall fall." "There is no salvation for you...death will be your only fate." "Make peace with yourself now...your death awaits."

Special Interactions: Morgana (Taunt) - "This war has gone for too long...this ends now." "You cannot be redeemed, Morgana...I shall end you." "You were my sister once...now you are nothing more than a shadow."
Xerath (Taunt) - "Magus Ascendant? I'll show you true ascension." "Pure energy...it is a pity you have no soul." "How many lives were lost in your transformation...was it worth it?"

TL;DR - I'll give you all my money and my firstborn child if you make this skin, Riot.
Ill be the first of hopefully many to say I love this idea. I think the next ultimate skin should be for a female (since the last two were for male champions). The only criticism I have is for her spawn and death aspects. The quotes are very long and too drawn out. Personally, I don't think she should have any death quotes at all. In addition, her spawn animation is fantastic. However the death animation is way too long to use. Even the other two ultimate's have short death animations. Other than that, the skin idea is incredible. You did a great job. Keep up the good work!
