So I've been working on a new champion:

Deadlock

The Revenant

ABILITIES:

Passive: Deathgrip

Upon dying, Deadlock’s killer is stunned for 1.5 (+[0.125% of armor]) (+[0.25% of magic resist]) seconds.

Q: Rip Mana

Cost: 40/60/80/100/120 Mana | Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10

Deadlock rips magical essence from his target, dealing 40/55/70/95/110 (+[15% of Deadlock’s maximum mana]) damage to mana plus damage equal to 10/13/16/19/21% of the target’s missing mana. If the target champion’s mana is brought to zero by this ability, Deadlock gains 10 armor and magic resist permanently. If the target has no mana, health damage is done instead. Stacks are also gainable by killing champions with this ability.

W: Mana Mail

Cost: 80/75/70/65/60% of incoming damage | Cooldown: 1/1/1/1/1

Deadlock equips mana mail. Incoming damage deals 50/57/54/51/48% to health and 80/75/70/65/60% to mana.

E: Cursed Veins (Toggle)

Cost: None | Cooldown: 30/28/26/24/22

Deadlock channels the flow of his blood.

Off: All mana regen is converted to health regen. On: All health regen is converted to mana regen.

R: Petrify

Cost: 80/100/120 mana | Cooldown: * 75/60/45*

Deadlock’s next basic attack will root the target enemy champion in place for 2/2.5/3 (+[0.5% of armor]) (+[1% of magic resist]) seconds.

LORE

Long ago, during the very beginning of civilization, feuded two halves of a tribe: One called themselves Noxus, and the other named itself Demacia. While Noxus valued strength in all forms, Demacia sought order and justice above all. Eventually, conflict broke out between the two, and leading the first ever Noxian skirmish was a very powerful Necromancer.

He dethroned the chieftan, who was a very powerful mage. However, the chieftan brought the roof of the palace down upon the Necromancer as his last act before dying. As the Necromancer lay dying under the wreckage of the building, he enchanted himself to rise from the dead in the far future. Upon revival, the Necromancer had one wish: the destruction of Demacia.

Its not bad but there are a few things I wanna point out

-The passive(if you can do calculations like I can)would have a very long stun time around mid and late game with a whopping( at maxiumum) 16 second stun which makes my spine shiver

-I don't understand the W too much( add just a little detail)

  • Deadlock's Q could have negative impacts in the game( especially against blue buff)

-I have more but I don't like being a dick

-Here's some reference if you want to look at it

He looks like Ezeral got hit by Piltovercustoms Blitzcrank and Yoric buried him in the shadow isles.

Manna Mail I am a little bit lost on what it does. Does it divert some of the damage to his manna pool taking that away instead of his health or does it do damage to the enemy. I could dig it if a certain percent of damage done to Deadlock while this is active is taken away from his manna pool since he is a manna focused champion. Otherwise I am a little bit lost on what it does.

Petrify You might want to change his ult, or his passive, since his passive already roots the enemy. There is a comment somewhere in here already stating that it will be one hell of a root if he uses his ult then dies to an enemy champion.

I like the idea behind Cursed Veins it defiantly adds something new to the game and will take a person who pays attention to be really good with him. I really like the hp manna regeneration mix up it reminds me a little bit of this guy ->Singed.

Rip Mana seems a little strong with it also taking away other champions manna. item 3091 This item used to take away manna per hit then it was changed. It is an interesting ability. Wouldn't it give him too much of an edge over manna based champions?
