As much as this is fine art, it just doesn't say Riven to me. :\

Not really sure what it is. Maybe the smile? That or I think Riven has more pronounced cheek bones and a wider chin.

Edit: After looking at Riven splashes I think it is a few things. Riven has a pretty solid jaw line, a slightly more angular chin than in your drawing, more pronounced cheek bones, and a slightly different nose in every splash (your nose is fine, fits the general type).
