Checked it out, and it's pretty mediocre. There are currently no videos that seem outstanding enough to be really considered by people. To improve this, make something stupid. Really stupid. So stupid that you will look back to it in the future and ask yourself why you did that. Obviously there are limits to this such as UberDanger's 18+ video, but you need something stupid to really attract people. Stupid videos also make you want to make something better, so it in turn drives you forward. Just an idea is enough as long as you can go through with it.
Also stop with the XD annotations. They can get annoying.
